Please note that providing personal information through our Website does not establish a lawyer-client relationship. However, signing an "Engagement Letter" with the Law Firm does establish such a relationship.

We will not utilize or disclose your personal information for purposes other than those for which it was collected unless you provide consent, or such use or disclosure is permitted or mandated by applicable law.

If we make a change to this Privacy Policy, we will post such changes on our website and make such revised policy and changes available upon request to the Pelud Immigration Privacy Officer.
